Our Youth and Teen Fit classes are the perfect strength and conditioning programs for your kids.
Whether your child is looking to try something different, looking to get started in the world of fitness or is a seasoned athlete, our programs are the perfect match.
Youth Fit 101 / 201 Combo
Age 9 – 12 (Grade 4 – 7)
This 2-month program has been designed especially for pre-teens. The focus is on learning proper technique in fitness and the goal is to have lots of fun. Youth will learn the basics of strength and conditional training including functional movements, aka ‘how to move and use their body for fitness in a functional way’, They will learn how to safely lift free weights and use stretching as a form of fitness and recovery. Youth will also get an introduction to healthy eating and will complete a 1-day meal plan on their own.
Teen Fit 101 / 201 Combo
Age 12 – 16+ (Grade 8 +)
This 2-month program is considered our Foundational program that all of our members go through. Teens will learn the basics of strength and conditional training including functional movements, aka ‘how to move and use their body for fitness in a functional way’, They will learn how to safely lift free weights, how to recover from a workout and use stretching and mobility as a form of recovery. Teens will also get an introduction to healthy eating and will complete a 1-day meal plan on their own.
Teen Fit 201 / 301 Combo
Age 12 – 16+ (Grade 8 +)
A step up from our Foundational program, Teens will continue to build skill on what they have previously learned. They will begin to complete more complicated workouts. Youth must have passed the Teen Fit 101 and be close to completing the Teen Fit 201 before they can register in this class.
