WINTER
SCHEDULE
2018-19

For many people, fitness seems like a luxury that’s only afforded to people with lots of spare time.

The fact of the matter is, is that while getting in shape does require sacrifice and dedication, there’s no reason why someone with a busy life can’t find a way to work a training schedule into their weekly routine. And it is with this in mind that we developed our schedule; regardless of how frequently you want to work out and what times you’re available, our team will be able to accommodate you. Plus. many parents find having our Youth Athletics programs coincide with our adult programs quite convenient.

Class Description:

Class: Is a workout in a group setting like no class you have ever experienced. You always have an expert coach (or two) motivating, teaching and guiding you through the workout of the day (WOD), you will never workout alone again. The workouts emphasize quality of movement, and intensity. Intensity is what creates results. Our classes will enable you to increase power, strength, agility, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, and coordination.

Open Gym – Strength & Skills: This time is available for athletes wishing to work on strength and/or skills. Sorry no WOD’s. Open gym is available to members on our Unlimited plan and who have a minimum of 6-months class experience. Open gym sessions do not have a scheduled coach on the floor. It is important that you are competent with movements as there is little if any supervision during Open Gym. There is programming available should you wish to follow along.

Youth / Teen: These programs are for youth aged 9 – 16 and participants must pre-register. For more information regarding these classes, please review our Youth Athletics program.

We are made wise, not by the recollection of our past, but by the responsibility for our future. ~ George Bernard Shaw
