The fact of the matter is, is that while getting in shape does require sacrifice and dedication, there’s no reason why someone with a busy life can’t find a way to work a training schedule into their weekly routine. And it is with this in mind that we developed our schedule; regardless of how frequently you want to work out and what times you’re available, our team will be able to accommodate you. Plus. many parents find having our Youth Athletics programs coincide with our adult programs quite convenient.

Class Description:

Class: This is a group Personal training Session. We provide you with a workout and a professional coach. You will receive coaching and guidance through the workout of the day, sometimes motivated to work harder, but also to dial it back. You will never workout alone at The Bodyshop. The workouts emphasize, quality of movement, then load and intensity, the intensity is what creates results.

Bodyshop classes will increase the balance of power, strength, agility, cardiovascular and respiratory endurance, flexibility, stamina, and coordination. We will train all 3 cardiovascular systems and provide constantly varied workouts that provide a lot of variety and new challenges each week.

Our classes require athletes to have a basic understanding of our movements and how to scale exercises that you may or may not be ready for. For that reason, most athletes will require some foundation training sessions before attending classes. A No Sweat Intro is required for anyone wanting to be a member at the Bodyshop.
