1 pound organic chicken breasts
2/3 cup panko
1 egg
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Whisk egg
Trim fat on chicken breast then cut into 2 inch strips
Mix panko, salt and pepper in a zip-lock bag
Coat baking sheet with non-stick spray
Place chicken in egg wash then toss in the panko mixture
Place on a baking sheet
Cook for 15-20 minutes
