At Bodyshop Fitness & Nutrition, we offer a variety of different packages to meet our clients’ needs.
Our Nutrition Coaching program is designed to provide individuals with an easy, science-based approach to nutrition and wellness, using simple behaviour modification strategies to create positive change without the stress of “dieting”.
The system is comprised of a two-phase approach. During Phase 1- you will meet with a nutrition coach, determine your baseline, test biometrics, set goals, and be set up with a customized plan. You will walk away with nutrition education and meal plans. A roadmap for success.
After three months, you will graduate onto Phase II, where we will focus on accountability, ongoing support, and adjusting your plan to see optimal results. We are so confident that the program will work, we guarantee results if you follow the plan!
